President of Koller Construction who specializes in commercial projects and joined award winning fine home builders Warner Builders to form Koller Warner Construction. DeWayne formerly worked with Webb Companies buiding retail shopping centers, Gray Construction building large industrial plant projects, and has experience from very large corporate projects to smaller retail fit-up. He also has extensive buildout experience in the Hospitality Industry with Studio Plus Hotels, and suite office buildout with Office Suites Plus.

Mike Warner

Mike joined his father in the building business after graduation from the University of Kentucky in 1977, after also following his father from the ground up to the sky as he also served in the Air Force and was an F-4 pilot. Mike is know a one of the premier home builders in the area, with some of the most magnificent horse farm homes in his portfolio. Mike is also an ordained minister.

CW Warner
CW set the tone for the combined business with a fine eye for detail and a deep respect for quality. In 1956 after serving in the Air Force, C.W.Warner recruited his father, Claude S. Warner, who was one of Lexington's finest and most sought after carpenters during the 1930's, 40's and 50's, to build homes in the Central Kentucky area.
Chris Warner is the Vice President of Warner Companies, currently working in the role of controller for both Koller Warner Construction and Warner Realty. Working in the industry since before he could drive, Chris has extensive knowledge of the operational and administrative flow of both the Construction and Sales sides of the businesses.
